Constitutional rights were set aside as 4,000 or so riot police became trigger, baton, teargas and all around force happy towards protesters, passers-by and anyone in their sights surrounding the G20 Summit in Pittsburgh last week. Welcome to authoritarianism. The true rioters were actually the police themselves.
